If you are looking for a rewarding way to volunteer a small amount of your spare time and make a positive impact in your community, Houston Dog Park Association has some volunteer opportunities for you.
Dog Show Volunteers needed
HDPA will have a booth at the Reliant Dog Show. We need a volunteer to set up the booth on Wednesday July 21th, and to man the booth for 4 hour sets on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. To sign up please email our Volunteer Coordinator. Volunteer Orientation will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 18th for all dog show volunteers. Location TBD.

Fund Raising Event support volunteers:
HDPA has an ongoing need for event volunteers. We often have bake sales, dog washes, food drives and more to help raise money for dog park support and education activities. Contact us to get added to the volunteer list. If we do not have anything currently in planning we can contact you when we do have a need.
We prefer that you live in the Houston area so that you are (or can quickly become) familiar with our Houston dog parks and can learn about the local issues concerning the parks and park users and can attend local HDPA events when required.
